The Pata Grega is a dried ham aged for a minimum of 24 months and has an incomparable taste. Dried for at least 24 months but with such a tender flavour, it melts in the mouth. The Pata Grega ham is available with bone (a fabulous centerpiece at your buffet dinner party !), boneless (with short shank) or in 1/4 block (about 1,5 kg).
